Research On Trust-based Network Coding Algorithm In P2p Content Distribution System

Content distribution system can transmit large files rapidly between multiple users, and it has become the most widely used in internat. As a novel technology in communications, network coding technology has received widespread attention in academia. How to use network coding technology in BitTorrent content distribution system is the focus of this paper.The BitTorrent protocol and network coding technique are studied, and a trust-based network coding algorithm is also gived. The followings are the main work of this paper:(1)the information mechanisms and the key algorithms of the BitTorrent content distribution system are analyzed, and its inadequacies are pointed out. (2)the theory of network coding, Linear network coding techniques and random network coding techniques are discussed. (3)a trust-based network coding algorithm is presented. It can find the high trust node in network, which implement the network coding operations. (4)the result of simulation show that the trust-based network coding algorithm can achieve the design goals.
