With the rapid development of market segmentation in logistics industry, the number of logistics vehicles is increasing in Logistics Enterprises. With the higher requirement for function, performance and expansibility, the traditional technology hasn't been able to meet the service need, the Power Platform is urgently needed to implement the entire physical distribution management system. The objectives of this thesis are studying the principle and method of three-tier C/S structure technology, finding the defect of the available solutions, then designing and implementing the Physical Distribution Management System(PDMS) with more precise load dispatching and high efficiency based on three-tier C/S structure. This thesis first outlines the principles and several implementations of the PDMS, and then discusses the related theories and technologies, which are necessary to study and implement the PDMS based on three-tier C/S structure. A model structural framing definition division has been obtained. Later, a modern management system based on GPRS is proposed. Using mature GPS technology,GPRS technology, the third logistics management concept and the Internet technology, after the In-depth analysis of data, the best route planning can be designed for improving the overall efficiency of production. The system can monitor the whole process of the third-party goods'purchasing, transporting, preparing, safekeeping, processing, and distributing. In the end, the whole research work is summarized, and the further improvement of the PDMS based on three-tier C/S structure is discussed.
