With the rapid construction of the dedicated passenger line, it's urgent to develop high performance train control system to guarantee the train operation safety and efficiency. By now in our country, it has been decided that CTCS-3 is unified as the technical platform standard on 300 km/h dedicated passenger line and CTCS-2 is compatible. As one of the most important trackside equipments in the train control system, train control center not only actualizes its own functions, but also exchanges information with other subsystems. On these conditions, there is a urgent problem to settle that whether the train control center can meet the needs of high-speed dedicated passenger line.First of all, this paper introduces the main functions of the TCC and analyzes the links between TCC and its external systems. Combining with software testing methods and comparisons, the TCC testing model is designed based on the black box testing. According to the key techniques of the Automatic Testing Theory, two kinds of automatic testing frame are put forward which are TCC balise telegram automatic testing system based on data driving technique and TCC trackage coding automatic testing system based on keywords driving technique. In these two frames, organization definitions and keywords designing are separately done, and the testing flow are detailedly analyzed.Based on the system frames above and the life cycle of software development modeling, the TCC automatic testing platform and the other on-ground simulation subsystems are designed and realized in detail. The paper does much research on the RSSP-I, which is implemented in the process of the TSRS simulation developing. Besides, the paper proposes how the system database management tool is designed, which can meet the needs of the configure data in automatic testing platform.Finally, the real TCC equipments of ChangZhou Station are tested on this automatic testing platform, which shows that the TCC equipment can meet the needs. What's more, the testing efficiency is well improved and the categoricalness is greatly guaranteed.
