The traditional process-oriented and object-oriented programming modules can be reused within the system, but reusing within the system cannot meet the needs of enterprises. Businesses require heterogeneous systems with different programming languages, platforms can be implemented to achieve functional shared. Service-oriented architecture (SOA, service-Oriented Architecture) is a new software architecture. Its core concept is service and its biggest advantage is loosely coupled,platform independence.So it solve the system's flexibility for future needs and the interoperability between heterogeneous systems problems.Electricity demand forecasts are much parameters involved and there are a variety of prediction methods.To forecast accuratly and comprehensivly, there must be a good forecasting system to support. This paper propose the framework of provincial electricity demand forecasting management system,and elaborate the principle,objective and technical route in detail.Paper use service-oriented analysis method to extracte service of system,and package the business processes developed by J2EE into Web Service.Paper make the development of SCA component as the basic implementation of service,then use BPEL to orchestrate service to orm business processes and stratification Construct electricity demand forecasting management system.For the specific conditions of Chongqing Power Corporation,using the architecture of provincial Power Corporation electricity demand forecasting management system based on SOA,this paper design Chongqing Power Corporation electricity demand forecasting management system. This system use the service container to manage the services of system,and design business services hierarchically based on J2EE.This system analyze and identify the implement of system services,then achieve them. This system use BPEL to arrange complex business to form business process.After the actual operation in Chongqing Electric Power Company, the provincial electricity demand forecasting management system based on SOA architecture in this paper has more advantage than the traditional system. SOA architecture can obviously improve the efficiency of development and robustness in the code reuse and procedures. With this system in the corporation, it can improve operational efficiency,save development costs, and can better adapt to provincial electricity forecasting accuracy and forecasting business changes.
