Multi-CCD collection and image stitch technologies are used to scan large-format manuscript in AO-format color scanner platform. Multi-CCD splice scanning mechanical structure have a great impact on the scanning accuracy. but the high-precision multi-CCD adjust is a very tedious work, not only a long cycle, low efficiency, and accuracy of the consistency of hard to get permits. In order to reduce the mechanical splicing debugging intensity, improve debugging efficiency, and ensure the consistency of debugging accuracy, this paper designed image processing and auxiliary systems.specifically for multi-CCD machine splice debugging.This paper first design the image processing and auxiliary debugging system aimed to the multi-CCD machine splice scanners based on the analysis of the type of deviation and the debugging process in the multi-CCD splice. Went on on the basis of analysis and implementation of the associated image pre-processing methods, research and implementation of the methods which use for identification and location the control points for measuring on the scanned grid image which use for debugging, and generate the deviation message use to guide debugging; Finally through the VC mixed with MATLAB programming method, implementation of the multi-CCD splice scanner auxiliary debugging system.It reach requirements through test and verify.
