This thesis discusses the new situation in the world economy.after China's accession to WTO a few years.economic reform,economic growth pattern,and adjust the industrial structure of the large environment,The state attaches great importance to vocational education,vocational education continue to deepen reform and rapid development.In the reality of the "half the day" higher education,vocational education have a huge engine for social economy, especially part economic harmonious development. And vocational education good teacher is the key ranks.Meanwhile social economic development make a higher demands for higher education.This thesis begin from the historical development of vocational education,yet study its basic mind and analysis reason.For example shann xi district economic system,and analysis its question and reason for higher vocational education teacher quality construct,teachers from the current construction status of vocational analysis results teachers constructs the core issue of "teacher quality" issues.Quality issues in the implementation of vocational teachers ISO 9000:2000 quality management system as a vocational teacher construction of coping strategies.
