Study On Transaction System Of Cba

Chinese Basketball Association league (CBA) is currently the highest level of Chinese domestic basketball league and the first implementation of one of professional sports. Since 1997, the implementation of the State Sports General Administration of Sport management system and operation mechanism of the changes to the CBA brand was born in 2000, thirteen years have elapsed. The paper adopts methods of documentation, expert interview, questionnaire survey, and comparison etc .to analyze the current situation of CBA player's transaction, the transaction market in detail.Through the comparison with that of NBA ,the author tries to find out the problems existing in the transaction market of CBA ,discusses the factors that influences the transaction market so as to put forward the improving advice for CBA in the background of the transition from planned economy to market economy.The results show:1.The main transaction of CBA players is domestic transaction, domestic temporary transaction, Hong-Kong ,Macao and Taiwan transaction and international transaction. The regulations of transaction are not standard, It can not meet the need of the reform of professional basketball, thus baffle the players'usual transaction on objective.2.CBA professional player's transaction market is relatively mature, the main form of introducing both foreign players and domestic players is U-select form. 3.The main factors that influences transaction of CBA player's are:insufficiencies of juvenile basketball players which creates the top athlete supply and demand not to be balanced; immaturity of transaction rule which make the player can not usually translate; lack of high qualified agents ;the clubs being not the main body of the market and restriction of our basketball management system.
