The objective of the study was to investigate the relationship between stress, self-esteem and exercise burnout and other factors of the young tennis players,and hoping to provide more knowledge to monitor, intervent and manage the exercise burnout effective. First, search of the athletes, stress, self-esteem and exercise burnout research literature by computer, and proposed a research hypothesis about the relationship between stress, self-esteem and exercise burnout of the youth tennis players,then, conducted a survey of 241 junior tennis players who participate in the National junior tennis ranking tournament 2008,2009. To investigate based on the results of theoretical analysis to verify proposed hypotheses. The results are:1). Competition lost, self-esteem, internal and external pressures, interpersonal, and environmental factors to effect young tennis players obviously.2). Decreased sense of achievement was significantly positively related:o interpersonal relationships, games lost, and environmental factors; Emotional/physical exhaustion was significantly positively related to interpersonal relationships, games lost, and environmental factors; exercise burnout was significantly positively related to interpersonal relationships, lost race, environmental factors, internal and external pressure, sports injuries; self-esteem was significant negative related to lost; self-esteem was significantly positively related to relationships.3). By intermediate test mode for checking and testing we found that the impact self-esteem in the process of stress fatigue, The intermediary played a significant effect. So conclusion are: Athletes will have on the sports of various fatigue stress of the three produced a positive direct impact on latitude, And exercise burnout by the indirect effects of self-esteem too; Self-esteem in exercise burnout 3 latitude will have a negative direct impact; Self-esteem is the exercise stress and exercise burnout as an intermediary variable.
