Analysis On The Functions Of Regional Culture In Ideological And Political Education

Regional culture is of great importance in constructing the ideological and political curriculum in colleges and universities. The application of regional culture in ideological and political education can enrich the resources of ideological and political education, expand the form of education, and enhance the content of ideological and political education as well as strengthen actual effect. China is vast in territory, the difference among regional economic and civilization development is big, different regions and places formed unique culture in the historical perpetual flow to accumulate gradually, these precious outstanding characteristic culture has provided the rich carrier for the ideological and political education and has created great cultural atmosphere.The educational resources which formed by the regional culture mainly are consisting of the material entity and the energetic entity existed in the specific region.
