The Research Of Guiding Network Public Opinion On Government Crisis

Throughout the social crisis for the past several years in China,from"Hurry&Scurry","bullying real-coded"to"Weng'an Incident",the role of networks in which could not be overlooked by people.Network of public opinion had gradually attracted people's attention.,Network public opinion has made outstanding contributions to offer edadvice and suggestions for China's political economy, that governance promoted the democratization process of China. But the negative impact caused by the outbreak of network crisis in public opiniont on the social management of our government which has exerted great threaten .It can be said,Internet public opinion is a double edged sword. There was no timely and handling issues such as single rude in the management process of public opinion by the local government.Not only can not resolve the network stable social crisis ,bur also damages the image of the government.This paper described the characteristics and the concept of the network public opinion,and analysis of network public opinion and reality in the network effect. So the government should pay attention to the management process and play a leading role.On this basis,the government should build a normal crisis management and emergency response network of disposal of public opinion to guide the combination of mechanisms to improve government management philosophy,to promote governent for social management better.
