With the rapid development of modern pharmaceutical science and the establishment of high sensitivity and high selectivity of drug analysis test method is very important. This paper aims to achieve for some drugs improve the performance of molecular spectroscopy and sensitizer by derivative reaction, micro-emulsion media and the formation of supramolecular inclusion complexes. The author tries to develop a high fluorescence quantum yield of drug derivatives or inclusion of new species, establish highly sensitive new method for drug analysis, and implement certain drugs, trace analysis. The content and results of this paper are as follows:(1)In an acidic medium, berberine, chelerythrine and palmatine with Cucurbit[7]uril the role of super-molecule were studied respectively. It was found Cucurbit[7]uril may make three drugs produced a strong fluorescence enhancement effect, particularly Cucurbituril [7] on the fluorescence enhancement effect of THP is best, but by adding cimetidine to the system, fluorescence intensity of Cucurbituril [7] / THP had dramatic quenching. Based on this a much-THP probe determination of cimetidine as a new method for the fluorescence spectra was built. the reaction mechanism of Cimetidine and the THP in Cucurbituril [7] cavity competition was also discussed and characteristics of analysis performance above mentioned have been studied. Experimental results show that: cimetidine concentration of 0.064~5.04 mg/L converted into mass concentration within the framework of its corresponding value of the fluorescence quenchingΔF showed good linear relationship between the detection limit of 0.0115 mg/L. The method is sensitive, simple, and reproducible. This method can be successfully used for quantitative analysis of pharmaceutical preparatio(2)The micro-emulsion medium magnesium-Enoxacin fluorescence characteristics of complexes was studied. It was found magnesium and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) for enoxacin has a strong synergistic fluorescence enhancement effect in the microemulsion medium. Based on this, pharmaceutical preparations in the determination of the fluorescence spectra of Enoxacin new methods was established.. Under the optimum conditions, in the2-800 ng/mL within the system, the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of enoxacin showed good linearity. The detection limit (3σ) of 0.9 ng/mL. Through the samples measured the recovery was 97.5% -103%. The method is simple, high sensitivity, good selectivity and can be used for pharmaceutical preparations in the determination of enoxacin.(3)1,2-naphthoquinone-4-sulfonate and derivatives Pazufloxacin reaction was studied by spectrophotometry. The best reaction conditions of Pazufloxacin with 1,2-naphthoquinone-4- sodium salt derivative were optimized. Adopt slope ratio method and the continuous changes such as Moore's Law to determine the composition of derivative products. From two perspectives of Drugs'molecular structure and reaction theory the possible reaction mechanism was discussed. Under the optimum reaction conditions the author makes Pazufloxacin with 1,2-naphthoquinone -4-sulfonate (NQS) reaction of linear equations to achieve the drug preparations Pazufloxacin the determination.
