Objective:To discuss the key factors which impacting the testing quality at the Xinjiang blood center laboratory, and set up the platform that impacting on the relationship between the indicators of inspection quality and testing quality. So as to improve the management level and testing capabilities of quality control in blood center interior laboratories, and lay a good foundation for implementating blood concentration detecting in Xinjiang for the future. Methods:Use the test results of the enzyme-linked laboratory and the experiment-related factors of Urumqi city blood center, Yili blood center and Kashi blood center from April to October of 2008 do the multiple linear regression analysis. Results:Professional point shows that laboratory personnel qualifications, work experience, title, temperature of room, humidity, lotion, the time of ELISA board into the plate, balance time of reagents and specimen quality, the nine in dicators, are closely related with the experimental results. Multiple linear regression model is y=0.750+0.004X1+0.002X2+0.015X3+0.030X4+0.002X5+0.004X6. Temperature of room, humidity, title, lotion, the time of ELISA board into the plate, balance time of reagents are key factors. Conclusions:There are many factors impacting the testing quality. Factors in every link of the results can impact the total same rate. In the day detecting work, these key factors should be paied more attention. Laboratory internal environment, apparatus, equipment and reagent also impact the detecting quality, They are also not be neglected.
