Comparation Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification Method And Conventional Bacterial Culture For Analysising The Pathogens Distribution Of 104 Cases Pulmonary Infection Patients Of Lanzhou Area

objective Using Loop-mediated isothermal amplification method and conventional methods of bacterial culture detection sputum microbiology of respiratory infection in Lanzhou region.Clearing the advantage of Loop-mediated isothermal amplification method,and then using it to clinical laboratory.At the same time come to common pathogens of Lanzhou region pulmonary infection,used to guide clinical medication.Methods Sputum or respiratory secretions under the conventional bacterial culture and loop-mediated isothermal amplification to detect pathogens.Results The Loop-mediated isothermal amplification method detected result showed that 104 cases were detected 37 strains pathogenic bacteria,the positive rate was 35.6 percent,including gram-negative bacilli 25 strains(67.6%),mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii,Haemophilus influenzae; gram-positive bacteria 10 strains(27%),mainly Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus,amplified two of chlamydia(5.4%).Peking University People's Hospital cultured 3 strains,a Streptococcus pneumoniae,a Staphylococcus aureus,a maltophilia S.m.conventional bacterial culture of the first hospital of Lanzhou university cultured 45 strains,the positive rate is 43.3%,of which 34 gram-negative bacilli(75.4%),mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Haemophilus influenzae,Haemophilus parainfluenzae;gram-positive bacteria 2 strains(4.6%) for Staphylococcus aureus.Fungal 9 strains(20%),Candida albicans in the main,at the same time to cultivate an Aspergillus fumigatus.Conclusion Loop-mediated isothermal amplification method is a fast,accurate, simple and applicable detection etiology method.And Gram-negative bacilli is the main pathogen of respiratory infection,fungal infection can not be ignored.
