| AIM:TO use BYHWT as a research object in this article, and to establish an integrity research system on solubility parameter, and to find out the relation of the alterations according to the values of the solubility parameters.METHODS:By way of the group contribution to partial molar solubility parameters, theδvalue had been calculated. With thin layer chromatograph (TLC) and inverse gas chromatograph (IGC), theδvalue also had been deter-mined, in the experiment by the uniform design and the center composite design.Results:1.With the partial molar solubility parameter we calculated the value of the solubility parameter of Amygdalin is 29.2 (J/mL)1/2;The Amygda-lin's is obtained 26.34(J/mL)1/2 and 24.35(J/mL)1/2 respectively With the thin layer chromatograph and the inverse gas chromatograph method(IGC), their RSD 9.155% as well.2. The results of the solubility parameters on methodologic experiment to the IGC:①.The accuracy of the IGC:To use the GC's fixation liquid-Dioctyl Se-bacate as the object, the experimentalδvalue is 18.08±4.50(J/mL)1/2with the IGC, whereas the reported solubility parameter value is17.8(J/mL)1/2.②The precise and repeatability test of the IGC:With the same chromato- graph column, and the same set of probes, to determined 6 value ofδwithin three days. The results showed no prominent difference.③.To smear Dioctyl Sebacate as five different concentrations respective-ly:1%,3%,5%,8%,10% to find out the value of theδ. The results showed that there were no significant differences, and that the smeared density at 1%-10% did not take significant influences on the measurerments ofδ.④.The studies on different probe molecules:choose to use three sets of different probe molecules to measure solubility parameter values as 18.08±4.50, 17.34±1.91 and 16.48±8.92(J/mL)1/2 respectively. The results showed that we should choose the probe molecules of which polarity was suited with the proper-ties of measured materials.⑤.The analyses of retaining or deleting the item of :Through carry-ing on the analyses of influences on results between whether to retain or delete the item. a conclusion was come to us that this item had taken influences on the interaction parameter X12, no influences onδvalue. so it could been deleted.3.The relations of alternation aboutδvalue:①.Research on the relation of theδvalue in the case that two known ingredient mixture:Theδvalue of the mixture of Dioctyl Sebacate(0.0614g)and Amygdalin(0.0631g), gotten from this formula:δ1,22=^(?)12+(?)2δ22, is 19.89 (J/ml) 1/2, and 19.70±6.29(J/mL)1/2 from the IGC. So two ingredient mixtures abided with the regulation formula.②.Research on the relation of theδvalue that multi-ingredient mixture: To use the mixture of Astragaloside [[19.16(J/mL)1/2], Ferulic acid [22.92(J/mL) 1/2] Paeoniflorin[21.27(J/mL)1/2], Tetramethylpyrazine [19.02(J/mL)1/2], adopted uniform design(four factors six levels and six experiments), only to obtain six solubility parameter value. The curvilinear equation, Y=-69.016+435.277X1X2 +336.966X2X4+487.702X3X4-54.575X12-59.696X2X3(r=1.000,P<0.01)was es-tablished by taking their molar ratio as X,δvalue as Y, with nonlinear regression on the SPSS11.5 software.③Research on the solubility parameter of the available fractions and their mixtures:To use the mixtures prepared with the total glycosides, aglycone [28.37±6.45(J/mL)1/2], the total alkaloids[25.52±2.57(J/mL)1/2] and the total polycose [34.44±6.35(J/mL)1/2], adopted the central compo-site design(three factors five the levels 20.experiments), and was established a curvilinear equation:Y=21.822+10.562X1+51.512X2-37.078X3 +163.820X1X2 -155.569 X1X3-506.750X2X3-9.385X12+19.864X22+413.446X32(r=0.866, P<0.01).CONCLUSION:In the article we has established an integraty methods to study on solubility parameter, including calculation method, TLC, IGC, among which the IGC is the most accurate one. |
