| Purpose:To observe the effects of Glutathione eye drops on the recurrence Superficial Keratitis.Methods: Superficial keratitis include superficial punctate keratitis, punctate epithelial erosions, filamentary keratitis, recurrent corneal epithelial defects, shallow corneal ulcer. We traet our pations with the glutathione eye drops associated with other drops, to observe whether symptoms and signs changed before and after treatment , and to analyze statisticallyResults: There were 62 cases of superficial keratitis, 28 males and 34 women. The average age of pations was 50.1, Their average duration was 2.7 months .The average points of symptoms before and after treatment were 2.64±1.3 and 1.03±0.71, (P <0.05); the total effective rate was 74.19%.Conclusions: Glutathione eye drops, as a kind ofnutrition medicine, is acceptable and effective in the treatment of superficial keratopathy. |
