| Objectives:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhike-soup in treatment of cough in Pneumoconiosis.Methods:One hundred and ten inpatients with stage I Pneumoconiosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 55 cases in each.The main conditions before treatment,gender, age, smoking history, and disease course had no statistical differences between the groups. For every case in the treatment group,1 prescription of Zhike-soup was decocted and administrated three times a day. While in the control group,we use ordinary antibiotics and juhongli gao as positive control drugs. Ten days as a course of treatment in both groups.We mainly observed the change of cough score and laboratory indicators after treatment.Data were analyzed using SPSS software package,measurement data were compared by paired t test and enumeration data were compared by chi-square test.Results:Within the 55 cases in treatment group,45 were cured,5 had marked effect,3 taking effect,and got a total effective rate of 96.36%.Compared with the control drags,the chinese herbal decoction brought a more inspiring outcome,and furthermore administrated more convenient without any side effect.Conclusions:Zhike-soup is worthy of introduction for its significant efficacy in treatment of cough in Pneumoconiosis. |
