The Experiment Resarch Of Exponential Curve Electric Stimulus And Acupoint-injection Treating In The Peripheral Nerve Injury

Design:160 adult male SD rats with injuryed sciatic nerve are divided into four groups at random,and give them different therapy, the surgical effect is observed at different times.Objective:To find a new way to promote the regeneration of injuryed peripheral nerve after repaired,and expound the applied basis and predominance of this method.Background of the research:It is a hard problem how to promote the regenera-tion of the injuryed nerve in peripheral nerve surgery. The vitamine group B is ever used by some scholars to treat it,but mostly in neural pathological changes induced by PM and drugs, mpulsive electromagnetic field and square wave galvomic current stimulation are also used by somebody in experiment.Now,nobody uses exponential curve electrical stimulus to treat the peripheral nerve injury after repaired,and compare it with the effect of vitamine group B.Material and method:160 adult male SD rats with sciatic transplantation are divided into group A(controlled group);group B (acupoint-injection); group C(exponential curve electrical stimulus);group D(acupoint-injection and exponential curve electrical stimulus), and given different treatment. The effect of pace,hair,the reflect of unfold claw is observed, and the index of SFI,nerve conduction speed, crus triceps wet weight is surveyed in different time. The curative effects of four group is compared with ech other with statistics method.Result:The group of exponential curve electric stimulus have good summation effect in the recovery of nerve conduction speed,the slower of the cms triceps atrophy, the recovery of SFI, the acceleration of distal nerve degeneration,at last promote the injury nerve regeneration and the good recovery of function. With statistics method, The group of exponential curve electric stimulus have no different with group acupoint-injection and exponential curve electrical stimulus, and have obvious different with group of acupoint-injection.Conclusion: Exponential curve electric stimulus can promote the injury nerve regeneration.
