Background:With the social development and economic progress, the ways of human life(such as the upgrading of the changing modes of transport),as well as the living environment have been changed greatly, and at the same time, the number of patients with traumatic brain injury increased, the relevant data shows that traumatic brain injury account for the second place in all injuries of the body, the mortality rate reaches up to 30%~50%,which is at the first place. The study reveals that the level of myocardial enzyme in the blood of patients'after traumatic brain injury, such as glutamic-oxal(o)acetic transaminase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),troponin will be elevated correspondingly.Mild hypothermia treatment could reduce oxygen consumption,it has a significant protective effect on the Intracalvarium environment of the patients with traumatic brain injury. There is a significant variability between patients with traumatic brain injury and the control group, meanwhile,we need to investigate further whether mild hypothermia treatment has an effect on the change of myocardial enzyme's level. Objective:Through the study, we want to offer some experimental evidence for The effect and clinical significance of mild hypothermia treatment on the changes of myocardial enzyme in patients with traumatic brain injury, and we want to find whether mild hypothermia treatment has certain advantages, then provide theoretical evidence for the clinical application for the mild hypothermia treatment.Content:(1)To study the effect of mild hypothermia treatment on the changes of glutamic-oxal(o)acetic transaminase, lactate dehydrogenase,α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, troponin in patients with traumatic brain injury;(2) To study the effect of mild hypothermia treatment on the intracranial pressure data and cerebral edema area. Methods:We collect 63 patients with traumatic brain injury(GCS≦8 points),they are allocated into two groups randomizedly, mild hypothermia treatment group and control group, the patients in the mild hypothermia treatment group were given mild hypothermia treatment within 12~24h after trauma, maintaining rectal temperature at 32~35℃,the whole treatment time is 3~5 days, and we have to remain the treatment for 24 more hours after the intracranial pressure (ICP) is decreased to the normal level. The medical treatment of the mild hypothermia treatment group and the control group is the same, then we will detect the following markers:we will record the intracranial pressure data and cerebral edema area in the 0,1st,3rd,5th,7th day; we can obtain myocardial enzyme's changing tendency from venous blood in the 1st,2nd,3rd,4ti,5th day after traumatic brain injury using Hitachi "7180 type" auto-analysing instrument and ruipe Myoctardial device.Result:In the duration of the treatment, glutamic-oxal(o)acetic transaminase, lactate dehydrogenase have no significant difference between mild hypothemiia treatment group and control group (P>0.05),but after the third day after traumatic brain injury, a-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),troponin have significant differences between mild hypothermia treatment group and control group (P<0.05)Conclusion:Mild hypothermia treatment can improve myocardial enzyme's level in patients'with traumatic brain injury,it can alleviate the damage extent to myocardium after traumatic brain injury, avoiding the occurrence of complication.Accordingly, Mild hypothermia treatment conduces to improving the outcome of patients'with traumatic brain injury.
