Objectives:This thesis aims at describing the characteristics and rules that governing the training injuries of armored forces, finding out causes of these injuries as well as the damage these have brought to the soldier and the troop, putting forward the precaution strategies and methods, and thus providing scientific basis for armored forces to do precautious work.Methods:The thesis takes cluster sampling as the key method for investigation and selects 426 armored servicemen from Beijing Military Region randomly. Three medicos with certain certifications act as the investigators and take charge of investigation on site as well as diagnose. The investigation adopts questionnaire investigation method combined with inquiring about the medical examination record of the armored forces. The contents of investigation include:demographic character of armored soldier, job, training course, training time, sites, causes of injury, injury time, injury part, medical treatments, psychological and physical influence. There art 426 questionnaire delivered to armored force, and 401 papers are received back.Results:Of the 401 armored servicemen,170 experiences training injury. The occurrence rate is about 42.3%. Training injuries occurred in all seasons, but the highest occurring season is spring, the next is winter. The highest occurrence part is upper limbs, next is lower limbs, the lowest occurrence part is head and face. Most of the injuries are minor wounds, and training injuries rarely leads to disability. Injuries occurred in sunny days are higher than those occurred in other kinds of weathers. Medium Visibility leads to the highest occurrence of injuries.Results:After the comprehensive analysis of the demographic character, environment factor and psychological factor, the author draws the following conclusions:(1) Training injury has something to do with the armored soldier's age, service time,, but other factors such as race, height, weight have no statistic meanings.(2) The occurrence of training injury bears on season, terrain, visibility, training contents (3) The negative psychological influence of self-made and other armored soldiers made lead to injuries.(4) Different position has different effect.(5) There is no statistic difference between the self help and other people help when injuries occurred.
