Objective:To explore the multi-slice CT portography vascular imaging characteristics and the choice of contrast agents of different parameters of the liver portal vein imaging quality of impact, to identify those that affect the quality of portal vein imaging, as well as a major factor in the value of clinical guidance. Materials and Methods:Select 120 patients, according to the different parameters of contrast agent will be randomly divided into four groups (n=30 cases), the Group adopted the contrast agent concentration, dose and injection rate, respectively:A group of 300 mgI/ml,100 ml,3.5ml /s; B group 300mgI/ml,100ml,4.5ml/s; C group of 300 mgl/ml,85 ml, 3.5ml/s; D Unit 350 mgl/ml,86ml,3.5ml/s. Observed four groups of hepatic portal vein, select the portal phase the same level as the regions of interest, four groups were measured CT value of portal vein and hepatic CT value in real terms, the A group with the B group, C group, D group to do comparative analysis; will be derived from Siemens, after two-dimensional image processing software portal vein MIP (Maximum intensity projection), VR (Volume rendering technology), SSD (shaded surface display) processing. Observation of portal vein VR combined with SSD, MIP image quality and image to rate. Statistical treatment using Statistical Package for SPSS11.5. Results:120 cases of patients with liver enhanced scan were all successful. Is displayed on the clarity of the portal vein branches:A group and B group, A group and D group there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05); while the A group and C group was statistically significant difference (P "0.05). In the portal vein with the same level in real terms in the density difference on the liver: A group and between the other groups no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05). Of four groups of the same level of portal vein in patients with CT measurements were statistically analyzed, the results showed:A group and B group, A group and D group of CT value of portal vein there was no significant difference (P> 0.05); while the A group and C group portal trunk CT values were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion:1.64-slice CT angiography is a fast, accurate, non-invasive vascular imaging method of examination through a variety of post-processing methods, can accurately display the hepatic portal vein anatomy and variation of surgical feasibility and choice of surgical method to provide a valid reference point, while for liver transplants provide more important information.2. This study shows that the enhanced hepatic portal vein back to the portal vein depends on the total amount of iodine contrast agent, so the hepatic portal vein imaging scans to ensure adequate amount of iodine.3. For the liver, portal vein imaging of this study recommend the use of contrast agent (300mgI/ml) 100 ml, contrast agent injection rate 3.5ml/s.
