| Objective:Observe Yiqi-Yangyin-Huoxue-Jiedu method in the treatment of diabetes with the clinical curative effect of psoriasis, and from two aspects of theory and clinical research system of Yiqi-Yangyin-Huoxue-Jiedu method in the treatment of diabetes with psoriasis mechanism.Methods:Clinical criteria of diabetic patients with psoriasis,30 cases a randomized, controlled single-blind and research methods,15 cases in treatment group, Yiqi-Yangyin-Huoxue-Jiedu method, namely the teacher from extinction, Jiangtang-Xiao yin fang.15 cases of control group to Di Yin pian treatment, two groups of 4 weeks for 1, 3 months after treatment period the clinical curative effect of two groups of observation.Results:Clinical studies show that the total effective rate 93.3% in treatment group and contrastive group total effectiveness is 80%, the treatment group total effectiveness than control group total effectiveness (P<0.05), the treatment group can be improved glycaemic control.and in improving erythema, scale, the symptom such as degree, hypertrophic plaques in the area of superior lesions in control group (P<0.05), the treatment group and control group after treatment was plasma viscosity, significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions:Yiqi-Yangyin-Huoxue-Jiedu method can improve the diabetic patients with psoriasis lesions with performance and erythema, scale, plaques hypertrophy, This method can reduce the blood viscosity and glucose, improve microcirculation role. Yiqi-Yangyin-Huoxue-Jiedu method shows the method in the treatment of diabetes with psoriasis detoxifying the feasibility and safety. |
