| Objective:through investigating expression of of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) which differentiation is phlegm and blood stasis of the hyperplasia of mammary glands, to analyze the the relativity between ER,PR expression of the hyperplasia of mammary glands,disease factors and pathological types of relevance, to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:gathering the clinic datum of 151 patients of hyperplasia of mammary glands, which are differentiated phlegm and blood stasis. All cases have a series treatment.including surgical treatment, routine HE stain line pathological examination,and immunohistochemical staining. statistical analysis of hyperplasia of mammary glands ER, PR expression results, clarify the relevance between ER, PR expression, disease factors and pathological types of syndromes in Chinese medicine. Results:151 patients with phlegm and blood stasis of hyperplasia of mammary glands, the results of immunohistochemical ER positive rate was 86.1%, PR positive rate was 91.4%. Age of onset of "50 years old, duration of" three-year, multi-pregnant prolific persons, who later menarche, ER-positive expression of higher than other general conditions, Other cases do not affect ER expression,There was no significant correlation between PR expression and the factors. Atypical hyperplasia ER,PRpositive rate than other types of high.Conclusion:ER expression in mammary hyperplasia confirmed by the age of onset, disease duration, maternal age at menarche, Other cases do not affect ER expression,Various factors do not affect the expression of PR.Atypical hyperplasia ER,PRpositive rate than other types of high.Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of high age at onset, longer duration, clinical symptoms, higher ER, PR-positive rate,combined with its characteristics, to guide clinical treatment. |
