Three kinds of farmland shelterbelts were selected for field study in Tongshan county in Jiangsu province. Air temperature, air relative humidity, soil temperature and relative evaporation of shelter area were investigated both in May and October. Data were made into contour maps by applying Kriging interplotation in Software surfer, and analyzed using classical statistics and Geostatistic method. The spatial characters of farmland shelterbelts environmental field in three places were discussed in this study. Results from the classical statistics show that: 1) There is significant overall difference in environmental factors of three kinds of farmland shelterbelt forest. 2) They have little differences in air temperature between May and October, but they have lots of differences in air relative humidity, soil temperature and relative evaporation. 3) They have many differences in all kinds of environmental factors in different times of the day. 4) They have little differences in air temperature between 0.5 meters and 1.5 meters in vertical level, but they have a little of differences in other kinds of environmental factors. Results of geostatistic analysis show that: 1) The air temperature and air relative humidity of three kinds of farmland shelterbelt in May and October most fit linear model and exponential model. 2) Many spatial correlation degrees of air temperature and air relative humidity of three kinds of farmland shelterbelt are bigger than 50%, which indicate that the spatial heterogeneity are mainly caused by spatial structure factors. 3) Moran's I coefficients of air temperature and air relative humidity also show that there is some spatial heterogeneity in air temperature and relative humidity of three kinds of farmland shelterbelt. |
