This study is even though to analyse and compare the merits and demerits of structure and function of rural biogas digester to popularize over the years in Guizhou province, it is on the base that in fully recognized the biogas ferment technique and the basic demand biogas digester structure design, to refer to the nation standard drawings of hydraulic biogas digester structure, to use mechanical engineering design thinking, to use the analysis way of comparison optimization. To use as a important aim of improvement for "multifunction and high efficiency" reform type biogas digester of popularing and using in Guizhou province near years, to be directed against the fail of traditional mechanical mixing fashion for difficult to control and lack of power and have many failure and to mix not worth with traditional backflow by force. Need to use new mixing method to improve the effect of mixing and agitating, to improve crusting and to increase efficiency of producing biogas. This thesis first bring up the new method—"injection liquid to mix by two-way pump"; moreover for the biogas digester of after improvement, to confirm the construction scheme of steel mold for building the biogas digester and design parameter of main components and parts, to carry out necessary analyzing and count and construction design main components and parts. This study have same practical import and may provide some accordance for step optimizing of "multifunction and high efficiency" biogas digester, for trying to carry building the digester by steel mold, in order to improve quality and speed of building digester and to extend life-span of biogas digester. |
