This resrarch discusses the calcium depositing in eggshell, feces and enzymes of bone metabolism correlation, bone strength were affected by different lipins diet in hyline brown and hyline grey layess. Test was divided into three stages. In the fist stage, calcium depositing in eggshell of hyline grey layer 36-weeks was study that was affected by different lipins diet. We collect all eggs of every treatment group from the first day of this test to the sixth day, then content of calcium in eggshell was measured. In the second stage, calcium depositing in eggshell and feces were respectively study that were affected by different lipins diet. We collect all eggs and feces of every treatment group from the first day of this test to the tenth day, then content of calcium in eggshell and feces were measured. In the last stage, four weeks test was carried out. We collect plasma of every treatment group in the last day of this test, enzymes of bone metabolism correlation were measured. Next, the left tibias of every treatment group of hyline brown layess were collected and bone strength was meacured.Test results showed that calcium depositing in eggshell of hyline grey layers 36-weeks were affected by different lipins diet. Tallow chicken fat and bean oil can improve depositing of calcium in eggshell in differrnt level.Test results showed that calcium depositing in eggshell and feces of hyline browm layers 47-weeks were affected by different lipins diet. Calcium depositing in eggshell can be improved by tallow and bean oil. Calcium depositing in eggshell was decreased by fish oil and benne oil. Calcium depositing in feces can be improved by different lipins. Calcium depositing in feces of fish oil and benne oil is higher than tallow and bean oil.The results showed that enzymes of bone metabolism correlation, bone strength were affected by different lipins: bone strength and the enzyme activity of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase and Alkaline Phosphatase were affected by different lipins. The enzyme activity of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase and Alkaline Phosphatase of layers fed bean oil diet is higher than control group, fish oil group, benne oil group and tallow group. There is no significant difference between fish oil group, benne oil group and control group, but enzyme activity of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase and Alkaline Phosphatase of fish oil group, benne oil group is lower than control group. The bone strength of layers fed fish oil and benne oil were higher than layers fed tallow diet, but there is a significant difference(p<0.05)among layers fed fish oil diet, benne oil diet and control group. There is no significant difference(p>0.05) that layers fed fish oil diet and benne oil diet compared with other treatments, but the bone strength of layers fed fish oil and benne oil were higher than other treatments.
