Abstract/Summary:
The micro-irrigation technology is a kind of advanced water-saving irrigationtechnology. Along with the increasingly scarceness of water resource and the demand foragricultural mechanization, the application prospect is promising. This technology hasbeen proved to be quite fruitful overseas through years of development, but in China, itsresearch and development is relatively backward. According to the national conditions andthe present situation of the micro-irrigation technology and the related equipment in China,this paper is going to design and develop several kinds of key components which havebetter performance, a lower price and may meet the requirements of the Chineseagriculture. Several kinds of irrigation patterns, which are composed of the developed keycomponents, can generally meet the present demand for the micro-irrigation system.This paper has mainly fulfilled the following tasks: According to the differentcharacteristics of different crops' water demand, two kinds of drippers, which have a betterhydraulic performance and anti-clogging ability as welI as a lower manufacturing deviationcoefficient, have been designed and developed. Meanwhile, this paper has designed anddeveloped two kinds of micro-sprinklers (refractional or rotational), each of which hasseveral flow rate specifications, and the performance of which may achieve the originalintentions. As to the fertilizer, the venturi structural style, with four flow rate specificationsdesigned, is used in this paper; therefore, a better performance can be achieved, and thefertilizing concentration can be controlled with relative accuracy through the pressuremeter. Besides, the mini-type irrigation controller of low power loss and multi-functions,which uses the dry cell battery as its power supply, has been designed and developed.Revolving around the goal of low power loss, the entire design has made much progress inthe circuit structure, the input and output as well as the electromagnetic valve, and hasfinally realized its design goal. The micro-irrigation system, composed of the above keycomponents, has several forms and patterns, which can meet the actual needs and hasachieved the design goal.At last, this paper summarized the main work, discussed the existent problems, andthe development direction as well. The design and development in this paper can promotethe micro-irrigation application in China, and is of certain significance to its furtherdevelopment and perfection in future.
