In order to study paraquat to resistance and resistant mechanism of rehmanniae that we were measured growth,antioxidative enzyme activities and the body antioxide substantial of antioxidant of rehmanniae by paraquat treatment. The result shows that the yield of rehmanniae and fresh weight was not significant different with control in the treat with efficiency content O. 60kg/hm2, but the significant different with the fresh weight of Abutilon theophrasti Medic" and Echinochloa Crusgalli(L.)Beauv compare with control: The fresh and plant control effect of weeds was more than 95%. The relations of resistant rehmanniae to paraquat and activeted oxygen metabolism result shows that the relative plasmalemma permeability, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate of rehmanniae were not affected by 0.60kg/hm2treatment, while the relative plasmalemma permeability,of Abutilon theophrasti Medic showed evident decrease under 0.60 kg/hm2treatment: malondialdehyde(MDA) content and O-2 producing rate of rehmanniae were gradual decrease by 10,100μmol/L treatment, while the malondialdehyde(MDA) content and O-2 producing rate of Abutilon theophrasti Medic showed rapid increase under 10,100μmol/L treatment.The antioxidative enzyme result showed that the activity of Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Ascorbate peroxidase (APX)of rehmanniae and Abutilon theophrasti Medic were increased follow with treatment time and concentr ations, respective. The activity of rehmanniae were much higher than Abutilon theophrasti Medic. But the activity of APX were increased at before six hour, at last it was balance with control level. The content of Ascorbic acid (ASA) of rehmanniae were much higher than Abutilon theophrastiMedic, but the content of Dehydroascordate (DHA) were opposite.The study on antioxidative activity of rehmanniae of leaves by various solvents of extract, the result showed that it showed antioxidative activity of five solvents and water of extract in peanut oil. but the antioxidative of ethanol extract were best intheall, theantixoidative active of 0.12% ethanol extract were slightly below than 0.02% tea polyphenols, but it had much stronger than 0.02% BHT and VC. Chemical analysis showed that the main antioxidation compounds in the rehmanniae leaves were flavonoids, terpenois, organic acids and phenols.
