| Edible canna is a perennial herb of the family Cannaceae which has a large starchy rhizome, it is cultivated widely in west of China. Distiller's grain of edible canna was byproduct which edible canna powder was fermented into alcohol in the form of solid state. This study was that distiller's grain of edible canna could be fermentated into quality feed-food additive with rich protein by Geotrichum candidum Link and Aspergillus niger in the form of solid' state.1,In this paper,Geotrichum candidum Link, Saccharomyces cerevisiae , Saccharomyces cerivisiae were studied .After culturing on the shaker.the number of live cell,cell dry weight,crude protein concentration were respectively determined The strain with higher cell dry weight and protein concentration is used to produce SCP The factors that affects the products yield was dealed with regression analysis The result indicates that cell dry weight and crude protein concentration of Geotrichum candidum Link are higher evidently(p<0.01) than the two rest. So,it is the best stain for producing SCP.2,Under the condition of the optimal media for Geotrichum candidum Link composed of 6.2 Be malt extract , 0.4%( NH)2SO4, 0.15% urea, 0.07% K2HPO4, 0.1%MgSO4, 0.22% yeast extract , and pH5.0, and of the optimal incubating condition:200rpm , incubating temperature 32℃and germ age 30 hours. The cell dry weight reached 1.4552g; And activation medium for spores of Aspergillus niger was made up of 25% potato extract , 0.6%urea , 0.03% K2HPO4 , 2% glucose, 2% agar, incubating temperature was 30℃, pH 6.0, and spore age was 78hours.3,Distiller's grain of edible canna was fermented in the form of solid state by simultaneously utilizing Geotrichum candidum Link and Aspergillus niger. The optimal solid-state medium was composed of 4.17%urea ,0.9%(NH)2SO4, 2%orange peel ,aw 0.975, 0.06%MgSO4, 0.13% KH2PO4, 4.2% bran. And of the optimal incubating condition:25g solid state medium equably was put into 250ml triangle flask, and the medium was sterilized at 121℃for 30min. After cooling , 13% A.niger spores suspension (the number of spores was 1×106)and the solution of Geotrichum candidum Link with7% had been inoculated 78 hours under 30℃.4,The content of gross sugar of the finished product in it decreased from 6.8% to 1.53%,which depressed range was 77.5%;that of reductive sugar from 0.8% to 0.612%which depressed range was23.5% ;that of crude cellulose from 6.13% to 4.32% which depressed range was29.5%, and that of crude protein increased from 11.47% to 23.97% which increased range was 109%. Besides, the certain regular e and trace element were increased differently. Moreover, the product contained all sorts of enzymes and vitamins. The activity of pectinaseof A. niger was 4212(U/g), which solved the problem of low protein concentration and the feeding value. |
