Diludine was a non-nutritional additive,and it could improve the growth of poultry,enhance immunity of livestock and improve carcass quality of livestock. For improving laying performance and quality of sperm, adding different doses of diludine in feed and estimating laying performance by growth rate,the quantity of consuming feed,transforming rate of feed, death rate,laying rate,rate of feed and egg,exponential of egg shape to study diludine on laying performance and quality of sperm.the results were as follows.1. the body weight of Hisex adding diludine to feed after 42d was significantly different from that control.The best result was obtained in the group adding 150mg/kg diludine. And if continue increasing dose of diludine will lower the body weight.2. The quantity of consuming feed adding diludine was no significant difference from that control in Hisex.But it improved the transforming rate of feed and lower death rate. The best dose in feed was 150mg/kg.3. Adding diludine to feed could advance the date of laying and improve the rate of laying.4. the quantity of consuming feed adding diludine to feed was no significant difference from that control.But adding diludine could significantly lower the rate of feed and egg,decrease the rate of broken eggs,improve the weight of egg,improve quality of egg shell.The best dose in feed was150mg/kg.5. Adding 150mg/kg diludine to cock feed could significantly improve sperm density, motility,effective sperm quantity and lower the rate of sperm abnormality.
