The high frequent use of Sulfonylurea lead to the resistance ofMonochoria korsakowii Regel et Maack., which becomes the main weed inYanbian area, Northeast of China. In order to judge whether Monochoriakorsakowii Regel et Maack. is resistant to Sulfonylurea and to know themechanism of resistance, herbicide effect experiment and in-vitroexperiment were done with acetolactate synthase of ideal resistant andsusceptive Monbchoria korsakowii Regel et Maack, it can provide basictheories and methods to control the other resistant weeds.The propagation of Monochoria korsakowii Regol et Maack. is with highgermination of seeds, and individual plant propagate about a hundred andthirty thousand seeds, so it's easy to cause resistance; the ED50 ofresistant and susceptive Monochoria korsakowii Regelet Maack. toBensulfuron is 10.3, to Pyruzasulfuron is 6.5; the ID50 to Bensulfuron is90.59, to Pyruzasulfuron is 80.45. It indicated that Monochoriakorsakowii Regel et Maack. is resistant to Bensulfuron and Pyruzasulfuron,and it may has cross resistance.Proper herbicides and skills are introduced according tofield-evalution. |
