This article use S1, S2, S3, S4, S5andS6 six generations to analyze the corn different inbredline generation's isozyme effect.The findings indicated:(1) May know from the isozyme atlas analysis.The corn inbred line has a difference whichexists inherits.Carries on the cluster analysis according to the esterase to obtain the result tobe as follows. Divides into 4 kinds the (7922×ye107); The (97039×ye107)×(B73×7922)divides into 4 kinds; The (5003×ye107)×(478×ye7922) divides into 2 kinds. But carries onthe cluster analysis according to the peroxide enzyme, Divides into 6 kinds the(7922×ye107); The (97039×ye107)×(B73×7922) divides into 4 kinds; The(5003×ye107)×(478×ye7922) divides into 6 kinds.(2) May know through the enzyme spectrum phenotype analysis.Between the early selfingline, the later selfing and the middle selfing line has the difference,but the band position,the dyeing depth all exist differently and are remarkable. Different generation'scharacteristic band is obvious, it may be supplement which classifies as the generation. Forexample in (97039×ye107)×(B73×7922) esterase isozyme analysis, Rf 0.17,0.23 placebands may be the early selfing line's characteristic band; In (7922×ye107) peroxideenzyme analysis, Rf0.81,0.88,0.93,0.61,0.23 place bands may be the entire genealogicalrecord'haracteristic band; They control the character of alive in a generation.(3) The (7922×ye107) in 12 mark positions which analyzes lights, P is 38.5%, Ap is 2. He is0.458, Ho is 0.463, F is -0.038. The (97039×ye107)×(B73×7922) in 13 mark positionswhich analyzes lights, P is 61.5%, A is 1.613, Ap is 2. He is 0.427, Ho is 0.302, F is 0.268.The (5003×ye107)×(478×ye7922) in 12 mark positions which analyzes lights, P is 52%, Ais 1.502, Ap is 2, He is 0.419, Ho is 0.5, F is -0.391. The polymorphic ioci which in thematerial has certain conservative. It has manifested the inbred line generationpolymorphism.(4) Looked from the polymorphic ioci heredity multiplicity, the hereditary change exists in thegeneration. Ht is 0.434, Hs is 0.298, Dst is 0.136, Gst is 0.138, Nm is 0.03. These valuesindicated in the generation the difference is bigger than the generation the difference.In theheredity total quantity 13.8%variations originate from the strain, 16.6%variationsoriginate in the generation. This tallies with the material characterIn generation's hereditymultiplicity is bigger than the generation the heredity multiplicity, Nm is 0.03, Indicatedduring each generation has the low level gene exchange. Looked from the hereditymultiplicity, Various generations material by inbred line primarily.(5) May know from the esterase and the peroxide enzyme isozyme analysis result, although all is the same material, two isozyme methods obtain the result has the differentactually.The esterase isozyme cluster effect is better than the peroxide enzyme isozymecluster effect.
