In flue-cured tobacco production process, growing seedlings is a very important link; the difference in degree of tobacco quality influences the quality of flue-cured tobacco production directly. The traditional methods of growing seedlings take a lot of work and time, and that waste seeds, in result the cost is high. A lot of domestic tobacco companies imported American advanced float breeding system, because of the Characteristic that technology has higher requirement and production investment scale is big, float breeding system didn't adapt to our country scattered planting flue-cured tobacco production pattern. Developing float breeding system that accords with the national conditions of our country is urgent matter in tobacco cultivation link. In our country the present situation that float breeding technology fall behind, scale of production is less and mechanization degree is low causes that productivity is low and manpower labor is also more, so our ultimate goal is that our float breeding technology is roboticized and intelligent.Aimed at domestic characteristic of float breeding, this paper mainly makes three following works:1. The theory of vacuum suction seeding-machine is introduced, suction nozzle fluid field is analyzed by the principle, air current Critical speed is known by the analysis, in addition, suction nozzle fluid field has been simulated in 5KPa, 10KPa, 20KPa, 30KPa vacuum case, we obtain that the results of adsorption distance are 3mm, 4 mm, 5.5 mm, 7 mm .the final adsorption distance is bigger when vacuum become big.2. The characteristic of air jet is analyzed in theory, we can get the theory diffuse diameter formula of air jet. And we validate that the theoretical formula is correct or not. By the testing result analyze, we know that theoretical value and test value are suitable when target distance is smaller than 70mm.3. The theory that water is added to high speed jet is analyzed, the current capacity of DG-10 spray gun is test by experiments in different pressure working condition.
