The technique of Biodiversity had formed a full investigate system after a long time, involved some method and instrument of many fields. It can be dividing into three parts in briefly. First is the improvement of classic pure culture technique, second is the modern molecular biology technique, the third is combine the two above technique with each other.The combined technique is used in this paper, use the Simpson exponent and Shannon exponent to investigate the biodiversity of the function bacteria in retting water.Thirty-one function bacteria strains, HDYM-05 ~ HDYM-04, were isolated from the fermentation liquid of flax retting. The results showed that,The thirty-one strains were identified as Bacillus, Sporosarcina, Sporohalobacter and Syntrophospora according to the morphological, physiological, biochemical characteristics and the sequencing of 16S rDNA.The research uncovered the microbiology diversity in retting-flax water of different area of Heilongjiang province, fill up the blank of biodiversity research in retting-flax water; ascertained Bacillus was predominant genus; Thirty-one strains, which were separated from retting water, made a foundation for separation and purification of function bacteria and also offer a strain source to production.
