Plant pathogenic nematodes cause serious diseases of many crops, which leads to losses of 10% production annually in the world ,and causes crop losses over $0.3 billion annually in China. Myloidogyne and Heterodera are two of most important nematodes. Biocontrol is friendly to entironment and durable, which prevails more and more. Paecilomyces lilacinus, a nematophagous fungus, has great potential for biocontrol nematode diseases.Solid-state fermentation substrate , solid-state fermentation technics , and pesticide tolerance of P. lilacinus were studied in this thesis.Based on the conidial content of the fermentation production and the cost of fermentation substrate, the basic formula was screened. Ratio of rice bran/ corn flour/water was 0.3/0.3/0.4 in the inoculum formula. After inoculated and fermented 10 days at 25℃, the conidial content of the inoculm production was 3.12×10~9(conidia/g dry substrate). Analyzed the effect of different factors to conidial yield of the finally fermentation production, compared with the cost and quality(the conidial content and the conidial yield) of production , the productive formula was determined, it was cornstalk / rice bran / corn flour =0.6/0.4/1.5, additionally ammonium sulfate 0.1%, water 50%. This solid-state substrate was inoculated and fermented 10 days at 25°C , the conidial content of the production was 7.29×10~9(conidia/g wet) and the conidial yield was 7.77×10~9(conidia/g dry substrate).Solid-state fermentation technics research included inoculating amount , fermentation periods, and fermentation production store in room temperature. As the inoculum conidial content≥10~9/g ,the inoculating amount was 1/100 ; the optimal of the fermentation periods was 10-12days at 25°C; the test of fermentation production store in room temperature showed that the spore livability was about 90 percent when stored 2-11 months. The test of Paecilomyces lilacinus 36-1 tolerance to pesticides showed that carbendazim and chlorothalonil inhibited germination of the spore of Paecilomyces lilacinus 36-1 more strongely than abamectin and phoxim.
