Abstract: Experiment material is Youyan No.9 and Youyan No. 10, study on effects of different applied amount of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer and boric fertilizer on quality character of "three- high and two-low "yellow seed hybridized rapeseed in brassica napus L. The results showed that nitrogenous fertilizer has an extremely significant influence on oil content, erucic acid, glucosinolate, seed proteins, cake protein of the high grade hybridized rapeseed and has no influence upon oleic acid. For the influence on linoleic acid, linolenic acid and arachidonic acid, the significance differs among various types.There is an extremely significant negative correlation between oil content, cake protein and the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer applied, an extremely significant positive correlation between erucic acid, seed proteins, arachidonic acid and the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer applied, a significant positive or an extremely significant positive correlation between linolenic acid and the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer applied, a significant negative or an extremely significant negative correlation between glucosinolate, linoleic acid and the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer applied, and an indistinctive positive or a significant positive correlation between oleic acid and the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer applied. The correlation between each quality character of various types and the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer applied is totally uniform, only the significance of correlation is not totally uniform.Oil content has an extremely significant positive correlation with glucosinolate and cake protein, an extremely significant negative correlation with seed proteins. Erucic acid has an extremely significant positive correlation with seed protein and linolenic acid. Glucosinolate has an extremely significant negative correlation with seed proteins, a significant positive correlation with linoleic acid. Seed proteins have an extremely significant negative correlation with cake proteins, an extremely significant positive correlation with arachidonic acid. The correlation among the other quality character is totally uniform, only the significance of correlation is not totally uniform. In this test soil fertility and applied amount of nitrogen fertilizer level range , applied amount of nitrogen fertilizer , phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer for to obtain the highest yield is 15 kg/mu, 10 kg/mu, 14 kg/mu separately,when the highest yield is obtained, high grade oil and cake quality can be guaranteed.An increase of amount of phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer and boric fertilizer applied will increase oil content, content of cake glucosinolate, cake protein, content of oleic acid and decrease content of erucic acid, seed protein, content of. linolenic acid and arachidonic acid. And there is no obvious influence on linoleic acid. There is a positive correlation between the amount of phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer, boric fertilizer applied and oil content, cake protein, content of oleic acid, and a negative correlation between the amount of phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer, boric fertilizer applied and seed proteins, linolenic acid, arachidonic acid. But the correlation is not significant yet. There are many similar places about the influence of phosphate fertilize, potash fertilizer and boric fertilizer on the quality character of rapeseed.
