Synthesis And Preparation Of The New Generation Of Fungicide Propineb

The study on the synthetic methods route,the process condition in laboratory and at middle-scale respectively,the new fungicide pesticide preparation made and their preliminary effects of new propineb with selectivity ws carried out in this thesis.The theoretical research on sythetic mechanism of the propineb was discussed.Asol,the structure desigh,synthetic methodsof propineb derivatives and the formulations and their preliminary effect of the agent made of some derivative were investigated.The study on the synthesis of propineb and its process the three methods:Selection for synthesis method:the sythesis of the compound can be achieved by first reacting propylenediamine with carbon disulfide and a base,such as sodium hydroxide, ammonia or potassium hydroxideto obtain a bispropylenedithiocarbamic acid salt. Then the aqueous solutions of such salts react with soluble salts of zinc will lead to the desired compound .the two stages can be represented by the following equation:The study on the synthesis of propineb derivatives :total five propineb derivatives were synthesized by design and improving of structures,they are:It is used as a protective treatment on several crops for the control of various fungicide. Especially Oomycetes, Ascomycetes,Basidiomcetes and fungi imperfecti. Propineb control blight on potatoes and tomatoes , downy mildew on hops and vines, apple scab,blue mould on tobacco and sigatoka disease of bananas. It can also be used on gooseberries ,black currant,celery and cereals.Study on the Propineb stability of some EBDC formulations and the concentration change of their decomposition product PTU during storage were studied under room temperature. The contents of the EBDC active ingredinents decreased with increase of storage time under open or closed storage condition. Mancozeb was found to be much more unstable than Zinc. After 18 month storage, the concentrations of Zinc and propineb in their formulations decreased by 4.9%, respectively.The concentration of PTU in the process.the research on the fungicide control effecton the Alternaria mali , Propineb is applied as a WP or SC formulation mainly as a spray.it also app lied in combination with oxadixyl, carbendazim, copper oxychloride and so on.70% propineb WP 600times active on Alternaria mali has the same effect of 30% propineb SC 300times.
