| Using A.cremastogyne Burkill,A.rubra Bong.and root nodule as material, reseached from several following aspects: (1)The effect of PEG on vigor level of seeds.PEG could improve the germinating rate and the germinating potential of the alder's seeds, but there needs a condition. PEG can notably advance the livability of the seedlings living in waterlogging. (2)Annual Growth Dynamics of One-year-old Seedlings. The growth process of the annual seedling height of A.rugsa presents the rhythm of "Slow-Fast-Slow". And the soil-condition has also the great effect on the seedling height. (3) The parenchyma cells do not join the formation of the asventitious root, which can be divided into following four stages in the forming processes:â‘ proliferation of vascular cambium cells at the base of the cutting; â‘¡continually increase of Vascular cambium cells and formation of a root initial;â‘¢formation of the root primordium with direction, through the pith ray and the cortex, developing in the lenticels and the bottom of cuttings;â‘£emergence of adventitious roots from the lenticels and the bottom of cuttings and the development of the inner vascular systems. (4)The Frankia ,which is symbiotic with E.pungens Thunb. grows fast in liquid media of QMOD and DSM, and can well assimilate the glucose and tween-80. Developing in liquid media, frankia can change the pH of the media. (5)The content of chlorophyll, soluble protein content and nitrate reductase (NR) is higher in the leaf of alder with nodulation than those without. (6)transverse section of the nodular lobes, the structure of mature is constituted by following tissues: phloem, xylem, endodermis layer, middle cortical cell, tannin layer, periderm and epidermis from the inner to the outer side. |
