PS28P which could produce 257.24mg/L P in shaking Flask was obtained from PS-01P through ultraviolet irradiation. The P-decomposing capability of PS28P was then studied. The fermentation of PS28P and technology of producing biological phosphate fertilizer were also studied. In addition, the environment conditions influencing the survival of PS28P strain and the interaction in Si-releasing between PS28P and Bacillus mucilaginosus also were studied.PS28P can decompose inorganic phosphorus , organic phosphorus and phosphate rock .It's phosphate decomposing capability higher improved than starting strain. The results showed that the higher P-decomposing capability was mainly for the increased production of organic acid.To obtain the high level of cfu/mL is the key in producing biological fertilizer. Therefore, the media components and cultivation conditions of PS28P were investigated through single-factor and orthogonal tests.The results showed that the optimum condition of fermentation is maize power 0.5%, bean power 3.5%, fish meal 0.3%, medium volume 50/250mL at 35 ℃ for 40hours.Under this condition, bacteria number can reach 23.5.108cfu/mL.The media and incubate condition were also used in the fermentor. In this condition the bacteria number was 42.108 cfu/mL and it measured up to the national standard of biological phosphate fertilizer.In addition, PS28P can grow well in coarse soil mixture with seed coating bacterial application.The result of the interaction in Si-releasing between PS28P and B. mucilaginosus showed that PS28P can stimulate Si-releasing of strain B. mucilaginosus.
