Subalpine Forest Soil Microbial And Enzyme Activity In Distribution Characteristics

Subalpine is the coumtry of cold-warm conifer forest which bistributing the midst of the elevation between 2200m to 4200m. Not only the subalpine coniferous forests are the importance material woods.but also they are principal part of Natural Protection Projection in Southwesten China and important ecological screen to the upper reaches of Yangtze River.There is importent significance to study the distributing characteristic of soil microbal quantity, the amount of the microorganism of physiologicaland the distributing character of enzymatic activity to the study of the soil ecological process. But so far, there have not report about forest soil microbe and soil enzymatic activity in westen Sichuan. The study's object is bitch forest .spruce forest ,fir forest, chrysanthemum alp, willow community and two couch grass, so the research of the soil microorganisma,soil enzymatic activity in the subalpine coniferous forests in western Sichuan is significant to china .The result shows that:1. In the soil ,The relativity of the soil microbial puantity is very prominence, the relation with the quantity of the soil microorganism is that: bacillus >actinomyceto >fungi; the amount of the microorganism of physiological group sequence ranging from high to low is: aminate > bacteriumazotobacter>denitrify bacterium >nitrobacteria>cellulose decomposing bacteria.Under the different vegetable community , The microbial quantity is that: S5>S7>S6>S1>S2> S4> S3.2. The amount of the soil microorganism have evident gradient. The microbes fasten on A horizon. Along with increasing the soil depth, the microbial qunantitys is rapid reduce. Namely:A horizon>B horizon>C horizon;3. The seasonal regularities of the soil contained total microbe show similitude.the totality mic -robe is more in spring than in autumn. In spring, bacillus 28.25×106; actinomycetes 50.70×105; fungi 53.045×104.In autumn bacillus 8.42×106, actinomycetes 16.2×105, fungi 23.67×104. the bacillus totality is preponderance in the soil contained total microbe,which accounts for more than 90% of the total microbe. Secondly.the fungi totality accounts for more than 5%-8%; theactinomyc-etes totalitu is the least and account for more than 2%-5%.4. The diversity of soil enzymatic activity is very prominent.the enzymatic activity in the S5 woodland is upper which compares with others.that in S2 woodland is very lower.5. The activity of soil enzyme have evdent plumb distributing.their activity decrease rapidly with increaseing soil depth .6. The seasonal regularities of soil enzymatic activities(A horizon)are very evident, it depengdson the sorts of enzymes. The activity of saccharose enzyme , catalase are upper at spring than at autumn.But oxidation enzyme is contrary.
