A few discovered female sterile ramies are discord in sterility and photoperiod-sensitiveness,these female sterility material resolve the problem well, which the third crop flowers and seeds that affect yield. Because of some of them female flower sterility but male flower fertility, we will use them can raise non-seeding ramie ,it offer wide application prospect .In this studies anatomical method is used to observe sterile stage and cell morphogenesis. The follow experimental results have been obtained:Different female sterility ramies sterile in different position and stage. The PFS ramie sterile from the stage of flower bud differentiation period to carpel stiching stage , representing floral bud death; The NFS ramie female flower carpel shorten and can't enwrap ovule and form stigma ,a minority of them can form the normal embryo structure , but it isn't observed spermatiation, it may be apomis; The MSFS ramie female sterile at the stage of forming ovular nucellus ,it represents nucellus retrogradate early , so it can't form normal embryo structure. The MSFS(r) steriles at the stage of one or two nuclears stage. The SFS ramie steriles at the stage of one or two or four nuclears, a minority of nucllus can form the normal eight nuclears embry. The ramie of female and male in the same inflorescence have ovarium, the macrospore in it can develop to the stage of two nuclears. It is transition state of the bisexual flower to the unisexual flower.
