In this paper study the rule of ginsengs growth which are different ages and regions, analyze chlorophyll, ginsenosides, saccharides and yield. With method of statistical analysis, the relation between ecological factors and ginsenosides accumulation was analyzed deeply. The results were as follows:(1) In growth stage, the average value of ginseng's RGR is 1.18 10-2g.g-1-d -1. Chlorophyll content arrives in the maximum during the green fruit stage. Ginsenosides content in ginseng root gradually decreases from the spreading stage to the flowering stage, and then increases after flowering and reaches the maximum during the red fruit stage and gently descends during the withering stage. Starch content increases little by little since the spreading stage, and gets to the park between the midst of July and the end of August, and then decreases during the withering stage.(2) From the spreading to withering , chlorophyll, ginsenosides and saccharides content of different ages ginsengs which are in the same region increase in pace with ages, but the breadth is different, the young increases larger than the old. Chlorophyll, ginsenosides and saccharides content of the same age ginsengs which are different regions are slightly different.(3) The relation among ginsenosides, saccharides and yield of ginseng roots which are different ages is about homologous from the spreading to the withering. The relation between ginsenosides and starch is positive correlativity, the relation between ginsenosides and yield is little, but the relation between starch and yield is positive correlativity, and starch content is the major factor of yield composition.(4) From statistical model draw a conclusion: during the whole stage ,when ginsenosides content of the third ginseng is 1.79% , starch content arrives in minimum 15.33% ; when ginsenosides content of ginseng which is from 4 to 6 age is between 3.28% and 3.43% ,starch content gets to minimum from 17.65% to 18.51% ; when starch content of the fourth year ginseng is 21.92% , yield reaches minimum 311.38g/m2; when starch content of the sixth year ginseng is 22.07% , yield gets to minimum 784.3g/m2.(5) Accumulated temperature , sunlight hours and rainfall are the major factors affecting ginsenosides accumulation , the relation is positive correlativity . Accumulated temperature is the most major factor, rainfall is the second and sunlight hours is the third .(6) The relation between ginsenosides of the younger ginseng and soil PH and organic matters is significant , the relation between ginsenosides of elder ginseng and dissoluble K, P is significant, the elder ginseng relatively wants soil PH and organic matters low.(7) Meteorological factors affect ginsenosides accumulation deeper than soil factors . We can enhance ginsenosides content through improving soil and cultivation in the same suitable regions .
