Study On The Mechanism Of The Total Flavones Extracted From Fertility-promoting Intrauterine Infusion Liquid In Ovulation Promoting

Objective:To study the mechanism of the total flavonoids extracted from fertility-promoting intrauterine infusion liquid (FPL) treating female the sterility due to asthenia of the kidney and interpret the intervention role of promoting the growth of follicle and ovulation.. Testing the promoted ovulation effects of the total flavonoids. The aim is to get theoretic support on the exploitation,the batch production and the clinic application of the total flavonoids.Methods:In the experiment,we extracted the total flavonoids from fertility-promoting intrauterine infusion liquid (FPL) and applied it on the female young rat. Then we test the increasing weight of the hystera seprately, the follicular diameter increasing and the content of the aquadiol in blood serum in each group. Kidney-Deficiency Sterile Rats model was established by injecting testosterone propionate subcutaneously to SD female rats of 9 day age. Morphological and hormonal change of ovary and womb of Kidney-Deficiency Sterile Rats at its ovary after feeding tonifying kidney herds(TKH)extract were observed by light microscope and radioimmuno-assay.Results:The total flavonoids extracted from FPL could promote the growth of the ovary and uterine effective and improve the level of the Estradiol in blood. It could increase the weight of the ovary and uatrix obviously and promote follicular growing and ovulating. It can increase the number of the each vesicle and the thickness of the endometrium. It can also improve the level of the FSH and LH in serum markedly.Conclusion:The results were showed the total flavonoids extracted from FPL have the function of promoting the development of the Mus musculus albus ovary and uterine and improve the level of the estradiol. The growth disorder and excretion disorder of follicle were important factor of the female sterility due to asthenia of kidney. The total flavonoids by affecting the level of FSH and LH of the rat improved its endocrine function, promoted the development of the follicular and got the aim of promoting ovulation. It was showed the total flavonoids got from FPL truly have the theory basis for the treatment of the kidney-Deficiency symptom.
