The Tung Oil Tree is the peculiar non-woods in our country.It has thousand years the above cultivation history at least and didn't spreaded abroad u-ntil 1880.Its unique biological character made that it had a potential ablity to become the type non-woods. This research used duinian which had early flowerage for materials, and then isolated and cloned the sequence of LFY gene.The work is the breakthough points of the floral mechanism of expressing and adjusting or controling for Tung Oil Tree.At the same time, studying the nutrition foundation and dissection features laid a physiological and biochemical grounds. The research didn't only lay a foundation for Tung Oil Tree, also provide the parties concerned research of other non-woods with convenience and offered a new way of thinking. The main result of research as follows.1 LFY part genome sequences has isolated and cloned from Tung Oil Tree leaves, It will be used biological sequence analysis software Vector NTI stitching, There were 1037 bp long. And I submitted to the NCBI website to Blast analysis, similarity of LFY genes reaching more than 88 percent to other plants, which was confirmed by the clips LFY Tung oil tree part of homologous gene fragment. Paraffin sections was using to determine the floral bud differentiation specific time in the areas of Hunan, and than studied the differentiation features.
