The Effect of composite photocatalyst on tobacco agronomic traits, photosynthetic characteristics and mosaic disease control in Hunan Agricultural University and Liuyang has been sistemically studied in this thesis.Composite photocatalyst of 0.2%,0.5%,1%,2% are sprayed in five-leaf stage and 10ds,25ds,40ds after transplanting in the plot experiment. Contrast with the water, The main results showed that:1.The agronomic traits of tobacco seedlings sprayed composite photocatalyst are good compared with the control group, the higher concentration is the better effects are.Compared with the control group, tobacoo leaves sprayed composite photocatalyst are higher in plant height by 5cm,wider in stalk circumference by 0.2cm,higher in averege ualue of leaf number by 0.5 after transplanting 10 days.2. Tobacco leaf chlorophyll content has obviously increased, From the test data, it is known that EQY are increasing after tobacco processed through composite photocatalyst,at the same time, the ETR is faster than the contrast, among which, the treatment effect is better in transplanting 10 days and 25 days procesing with the concentration 10%.3. Spraying composite photocatalyst can prevent tobacco from mosaic disease obviously. With the concentration increased., the decrease of disease rate and disease index has sped up. In different spraying time, the best effect has began at 10d after transplanting. Considering the experimental result and the cost of composite photocatalyst, spraying 1% composite photocatalytic and 10d after transplanting may have a best effect on tobacco mosaic disease.
