| In 2006 and 2007,127 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from a cross between Zhenshan97 and Minghui63 were employed to investigate the characteristic of ammonium, phosphorus, potassium accumulation of rice under two different nitrogen conditions. The result showed that:1. Compared with the low nitrogen treatment, the high nitrogen treatment increased the ammonium accumulation in various parts of the rice, and the ammonium accumulations at heading and maturing stage in stems were higher than that in leaves under two nitrogen conditions in2006; the high nitrogen treatment decreased the ammonium accumulation in various parts of the rice, and the ammonium accumulations in stems at heading stage were higher than that in leaves under two nitrogen conditions in 2007.2. Compared with the low nitrogen treatment, the high nitrogen treatment increased the phosphorus accumulation in various parts of rice in 2006, while it decreased the phosphorus accumulation in various parts of rice in 2007. The phosphorus accumulations at heading and maturing stage in stems were higher than that in leaves under two nitrogen conditions in both two years, the phosphorus accumulation in grains was the highest at maturing stage.3. Compared with the low nitrogen treatment, the high nitrogen treatment increased the potassium accumulation in various parts of rice in 2006, while it decreased the potassium accumulation in various parts of rice in 2007. The potassium accumulations at heading and maturing stage in stems were higher than that in leaves under two nitrogen conditions in both two years, the potassium accumulation in stems was the highest at maturing stage.4. There were positive correlation between phosphorus accumulation and potassium accumulation under two nitrogen conditions in both two years, respectively. There were positive correlation between ammonium accumulation and potassium, phosphorus accumulation only under low nitrogen condition in 2006. There were positive correlation between ammonium accumulation and potassium, phosphorus accumulation under two nitrogen conditions in 2007.5.The lines were classified into 3 groups according to total accumulations of ammonium, phosphrus, potassium respectively. The resuts showed that most of lines were ranked into the group 1 and group 2, which had less ammonium, phosphrus, potassium accumulation, respectively. R6,R183,R241 were ranked into group 3 under two nitrogen conditions in both two years.6. A total of 6 QTLs for ammonium were identified at low nitrogen rate in 2006,they were on chromosomes 1,2,4,6 and 9; 5 QTLs were identified at normal nitrogen rate in 2006, they were on chromosomes 1,6 and lO.The QTL located at RM204-C226 on chromosome 6 was repeatedly detected at two nitrogen conditions.A total of 6 QTLs for ammonium were identified at low nitrogen rate in 2007,they were on chromosomes 1,3,6,7 and 10; 9 QTLs were identified at normal nitrogen rate in 2007, they were on chromosomes1,2,4,7,8,10and12.7. A total of 22 QTLs for phosphrus were identified at low nitrogen rate in 2006,they were on all chromosomes except 11 and 12; 22 QTLs were identified at normal nitrogen rate in 2006, they were on all chromosomes except 3,8 and 11.The QTL located at R1440-C1023,RZ471-RG678 on chromosome 7 and the QTL located at RG360-R3166 on chromosome 5 were repeatedly detected at two nitrogen conditions.A total of 22 QTLs for phosphrus were identified at low nitrogen rate in 2007,they were on all chromosomes except 5 and 8; 20 QTLs were identified at normal nitrogen rate in 2007, they were on all chromosomes except 6,8,9 and 12.The QTL located at RM148-R1925 on chromosome 3 and the QTL located at RG532-G359 on chromosome 1 were repeatedly detected at two nitrogen conditions.8. A total of 22 QTLs for potassium were identified at low nitrogen rate in 2006,they were on all chromosomes except 12; 19 QTLs were identified at normal nitrogen rate in 2006, they were on all chromosomes except 4,8,11 and 12.The QTL located at R1440-C1023,RZ471-RG678 on chromosome 7 and the QTL located at RG360-R3166 on chromosome 5 were repeatedly detected at two nitrogen conditions.A total of 16 QTLs for potassium were identified at low nitrogen rate in 2007,they were on all chromosomes except 2,3,10and 12; 18 QTLs were identified at normal nitrogen rate in 2007, they were on all chromosomes except 8 and 12. The QTLs located at R1440-C1023,RG678-R1440 on chromosome 7 were repeatedly detected at two nitrogen conditions.9. A large proportion of QTLs and interections could only been detected in one year, suggesting that the QTLs related to the absorbtion and accumulation of ammonium phosphrus potassium were dependent on the environment. The QTLs located at R1440-C1023 on chromosome 7 were repeatedly detected for ammonium phosphrus and potassium, suggesting that there were some pleiotropic effects. |
