Recent years, electro-acoustic devices are developing to small, lightweight, versatile, high-fidelity, high-power, intelligent and multifunction. Electro-acoustic devices have increasingly high requirements with piezoelectric ceramics dielectric constant and electromechanical coupling coefficient.In this paper, we use Sr, Ba as the doping material and PSN-PZT as ceramic material. Piezoelectric ceramics with dielectric constant 6500±300 and more than 60% of the electromechanical coupling coefficient were got using solid-phase synthesis method.Firstly, through the systematic analysis of ceramic materials, niobium antimony ternary PZT piezoelectric ceramic materials were selected as R&D system and determined the process route. Secondly, the modification mechanism of the additive was analyzed. In order to obtain high dielectric constant, Pb was replaced by Ba and Sr. After using Ba2+ to replace part of Pb2+, the piezoelectric ceramic dielectric constant, dielectric loss and piezoelectric constant were improved. After using Sr2+ to replace Pb2+, the dielectric constant of piezoelectric ceramics and electromechanical coupling coefficient were enhanced and the frequency temperature stability was improved.Finally,the research on the modification mechanism determined the chemical composition ofceramic material:Pb1.005-XSrABaB(Sb1/2Nb1/2)0.02(ZrYTi0.98-Y)O3, Where x = 0.05-0.09, A = 0.03-0.05, B = 0.02-0.04, A + B = X, Y = 0.51-0.53. In the chemical composition of the formula, Pb excess 0.005mol to reduce the volatile of Pb during the sintering process. According to the chemical composition of ceramic material, Select six recipes for trial. By testing products, formulation screening and repeated testing, the appropriate ceramic material formulation was determined and put into operation successfully. |
