| Since industrial revolution, a large of energy has been consumed. At present energy has been scarce. Some industries are thinking about how to save energy. In china a lot of elevators are used and consume a lot of energy.The traction elevator will release a large of electricity when the weight of elevator is less than its counter-weight as the elevator is up. Also the traction elevator will release a large of electricity when its counter-weight is less than the weight of elevator as the elevator is down. The elevator will produce a lot of energy. The energy will make the elevator work unnormal.Traditional method is to use a high power resistor to consume the energy which is produced by the elevator. When a high power resistor consumes an elevator's energy, the resistor will release a lot of heat. Temperature in the elevator room will increase. In order to keep the elevator room's temperature constant, an air-conditioner or a fan is usually used to make the room cool. Therefore, the method makes the elevator of energy consumed by the resistor. And an air conditioner or a fan will lose unnecessary energy.There is a popular method to use the elevator'senergy. It is to use a DC/AC converter to make the energy released by the elevator back to the grid. The method does not use an air-conditioner or a fan. But because of the energy released by the elevator back to the grid, this method will lead to the grid's interference.In the degree thesis, the equipment which uses elevator's energy is designed. The design chooses super capacitors to store energy which is released by the elevator. When the traction elevator releases the renewable energy, super capacitors store energy released by the elevator; when the elevator need energy, super-capacitors supply energy to the elevators; and when super-capacitor can not store energy, the high-power resistor consumes energy released by the elevator.The design based super capacitor does not release a lot of heat like the design of resistance consumption. And it also does not like the DC / AC converter to feedback energy to the grid. It will make the grid work normal.The study is available to the traction elevator. In the study the elevator energy saving equipment based super capacitors is designed. And OrCAD10.0/PSpice software is used to simulate the equipment's circuits. Simulation results show that the equipment based super capacitors works normal. |
