This thesis probes into the design of the digitizing reconstruction of the ball crusher and synchronous motor's excitation controling system at the magnetic separation workshop of Pangang Group Dressingworks. Based on the analysis of manufacturing process, dressing equipment and the characteristics of the initial automatic controling system as well as the disadvantages of the system, the thesiss puts forward the digitizing reconstruction scheme of the ball crusher and synchronous motor'excitation controling system.The technical procedure, technical demand and the devices used in this system are analyzed, the whole scheme and the framework of this project, based on Fieldbus technology, Industrial Ethernet and Internet, are put out. Considering some practical functional requirements, the framework is separated into device layer, controlling layer and information layer. The remote monitoring & controlling system based on PROFIBUS , Industrial Ethernet and Internet is developed under the actual requirement. This thesis introduces the knowledge about developing a monitoring & controlling system for Industrial Fieldbus. The knowledge includes the technology of network communication, Fieldbus and network information security.The remote monitoring and controling system,which is an important solution for industrial field control, not only optimizes the production environment and realizes the remote diagnosis & maintain of controlling network, but also integrates the field control and the upper level decision management in an informative and logical way to realize the"integration of management and control".This thesis focuses on the unit construction principle and operational principle of the digitizing reconstruction of synchronous motor's excitation controling system, and proposes the practical system equipment lectotype and network design. The thesis puts the PLC controling system into hardware configuration and program design by utilizing the advanced S7-300PLC, 6RA70 rectifier, the field application of PROFIBUS technology and software STEP7. Then the human-machine interfaces are designed and developed by using configuration software WinCC. This thesis also detailedly analyses the functions of each program module and the implementation of the field application of PROFIBUS technology in the system. And it carries on the designing and debugging of Simoreg DC master 6RA70 parameter. The thesis discusses the technologies of firewall on packet filtering and proxy server, and build the firewalls of the system based on those technologies. Finally, the methods for testing and debugging the project are designed.
