Lancey Land Use Change In The Relationship Between Research, And Urbanization

As the carrier of urban development, land plays an important role in the development of urbanization. Population growth and agglomeration, optimized industry combination, and urban infrastructure construction are all inseparable from the land resources. Brought by urban development, the continuous socio-economic development and the urbanization scale expansion, have a decisive influence on regional land use structure. In such a region with fragile ecological environment in Lanxi area, the contradiction between the demand of urbanization development for land and the limited supply of land resources becomes increasingly prominent.The highly correlated relationship between urbanization development and land use, economic development in Lanxi area is discussed in this thesis. The range of Lanxi area is defined first. The land use and current urbanization situation is then analyzed. It shows that, as the urbanization grew, the cropland acreage per capita of Lanxi area has been lower than the national since 1995 and continuously decreased, and the relations between people and land have been increasingly strained. According to the statistical data of past years in Lanxi area, the population carrying capacity of land, the reasonable and limit scale of urban development are predicted and analyzed using related mathematical methods such as person-land relationship model, the gray model, and exponential smoothing methods. It is concluded that, the land bears the heavy weight of population pressure, and there has not been a benign interactive relation between the urban development and the reasonable utilization on land resources. How to coordinate the regional population, resources, environment and economic relations and promote the coordinated development of the entire region is the problem which should be paid special attention to in the urbanization development and land use in the future in Lanxi area. Finally, based on system dynamics, the correlations and effects of land utilization and urbanization development in four kinds of conditions are simulated, and the optimal land use structure and the corresponding urbanization development level of Lanxi area are obtained.
