Building fire is always one of the main disasters,which seriously threatens human beings'lives and properties,tremendous economic losses and Casualty are suffered every year because of it. Based on the project imbrued especially by Hunan Province Construction office, it is studied that the RC frames under Local Fire, the software calculating the temperature of concrete members is complied. A full-range structural response analysis computer program of reinforced concrete frame exposed to Local fire is developed.The study of this paper includes four parts as follows:(1) The laws of thermo dynamical parameters about concrete along with temperature at home and abroad are summarized and compared.Thus choosing an appropriate bifurcation parameter,the theoretical foundations of the temperature field software are laid.(2) Including heat conduction and thermal storage Stiffness Matrix, Thermal Load Vector, and the temperature load vector can be formed. Based on the transient model of Two-dimensional temperature field, the software calculating the temperature of concrete members is complied,temperature field in rectangular cross section of reinforced concrete members subjected to 3 side fire is calculated and analyzed through the program. The temperature field distribution of RC members' cross section and its'Variation with time are Obtained.(3) After transferring the concrete members under fire to equivalent one at normal temperature.Based on the existing researches of fire-resistance of steel frame structure and reinforced concrete frame structure, the formula was derived to calculate internal force and deformation of reinforced concrete frame under local fire. First, calculate the members'equivalent Section, then piled up the internal force and deformation produced by the loads and temperature; we can get the whole system to analyze the RC frame under local fire. At last, an example is taken and the results inosculates well with the one produced by finite element software-ANSYS.(4) This paper introduces visual basic which is used for the computer program. This program can be divided into four parts:file system module, data input module, graphic interactive and Showed module, fire Process Simulation module. The software structure and function design and implementation method are explained detailedly.
